Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Arusha

Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted and collected from the airport. For those arriving early, additional accommodation in Arusha can be arranged at an extra cost. Arusha, the safari capital of Tanzania, offers a vibrant introduction to the country’s rich culture and natural beauty. Your first night will be spent at the Africa Safari Arusha, a mid-range hotel nestled in the secluded area of Sakina, offering panoramic views of the city.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After a refreshing night in Arusha, embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large herds of elephants. The park’s diverse wildlife, from lions and giraffes to zebras and monkeys, promises an unforgettable safari experience. As the day draws to a close, retreat to the Africa Safari Lake Manyara for a restful night.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration

Rise early to descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s natural wonders. This vast volcanic caldera is teeming with wildlife, including the Big Five and the rare black rhinos. After a day of wildlife spotting, unwind at the Africa Safari Karatu.

Day 4: Journey to Lake Natron

Today’s journey takes you through northern Tanzania to Lake Natron. As you traverse the changing landscapes, from lush greenery to arid terrains, witness the majestic Ol Doinyo Lengai, an active volcano. Upon reaching Lake Natron, settle in for the night at the Africa Safari Lake Natron.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park Adventure

Begin your day with a guided walk around Lake Natron, home to millions of lesser flamingos. Later, head west for an overnight stay at Africa Safari Maasai Boma, offering insights into traditional Maasai life. Conclude the day with an afternoon game drive in Pololeti Game Reserve.
